September Courses at TOPS U
By popular demand, TOPS University is expanding our
course offerings to provide more online training opportunities each
month. In September, we will be offering three courses through TOPS
U.
ACCNT-400 Reconciling the Financials
Our first course for September will be ACCNT-400 Reconciling the

Additionally, we will highlight items that should be considered
when reconciling the financials and we will review some processes
and steps to help in validating the financials. This class will
be held on Wednesday, September 12, 2007.
CCR/ACC Enforcement Series
The second course in September will actually be the entire four
course CCR/ACC Enforcement series. We will be offering this series
one class a day at 2:00 PM EDT, for four consecutive days, beginning
September 18th. The courses in this series will cover the following
topics in the CCR/ACC Enforcement module: Control Info settings
and CCR Codes and how best to set up both for your individual situation
(CCR-101). Learn the basics of the Advanced Form Letter Manager
and how to create a set of letters for violations and architectural
change requests (CCR-102). Manage the day to day tasks associated
with tracking violations and architectural change requests (CCR-103).
Understand how to utilize the batch violation features effectively,
including creating batch violations, printing batch letters, and
closing violations in batches (CCR-201). Students who attend all
four courses in the series will be certified by TOPS Software as
a CCR/ACC Enforcement Specialist.
