Our course for May, CCR-103 Managing Violations using the CCR/ACC Enforcement Module, is the third in the five course series on the CCR/ACC Enforcement module.  

In this course we will focus on the day to day tasks associated with managing violations and architectural change requests. This course will include a brief review of the previous two classes in the CCR/ACC Enforcement Series.

After completing this course, students should be able to input new violations, understand how to process all actions due on a given day, and print reports.

Because of the length of time allotted to each class we have broken this up into 2 classes 103 and 103a (July) to ensure we make every attempt to cover all aspects of this module.
