March Course at TOPS U

Our course for March will be the second course in the five course series on the CCR/ACC Enforcement module. If you did not take the first course, don't worry. Each course may be taken individually, depending on your learning needs within the module. However, students who complete all five courses in the series will be given an opportunity to take a test and receive the certification of TOPS Software CCR/ACC Enforcement Specialist.

This course, CCR-102 Using Form Letters in the CCR/ACC Enforcement Module, will cover the basics of the Advanced Form Letter Editor and will teach how to create a set of letters for use in the CCR/ACC Enforcement module for violations and architectural change requests. In addition students will learn how to use the letters across multiple communities. We will also highlight items that you should consider when setting up your lettres and will talk about time saving tips for management companies using a template approach.
