Last year TOPS Software, LLC officially opened TOPS University, a new way to receive interactive training for all of your TOPS Software modules via the Internet. Earlier this month, TOPS U offered the course CCR-101 "CCR/ACC Enforcement Setup," which is the first course in the five course series on the CCR/ACC Enforcement module. This course was so popular that it sold out early and unfortunately, many individuals who wanted to attend were unable to do so.

Because the course sold out so quickly and there were so many people who missed out, we've decided to offer this course again, on Friday, February 16, 2007, giving everyone a second chance to learn the steps necessary to successfully set up the CCR/ACC Enforcement module to be used as efficiently as possible. This course will define processes and setup procedures for the CCR/ACC Enforcement module, explain the Control Info settings, and provide an in depth study of CCR Codes and how best to set up both for your individual situation. At the completion of this course, students should be able to define the standard process of managing violations or architectural requests for their organization or community.
