Process lockbox files

A Fairy tale

ZZZ community undefined
No, the community is not a sleeping beauty.

A lot of you get this error when processing a lockbox file. You process the lockbox file and one or all of your communities do not show up properly on the lockbox process screen. Instead you get a buncha sleeping communities.
Grrrr... sleeping on the job you.

First, figure out which community should be where the ZZZ community undefined is.
Then, click CLEAR on the lockbox process screen to clear the work file.

At the TOP LEFT of TOPS,
Click File,
Switch Community,
and then select that community and click OK.

From there, click on Setup at the top of the screen.
In the dropdown, click on Owner Data A/R Setup.

To wake the sleeping community up look at the TOP Left area of that popped up screen...

You will see LOCKBOX ID and a box.
Your lockbox ID needs to be in this box OR if there IS a lockbox ID in the box...
Either it's wrong, OR your bank put the wrong lockbox ID in the lockbox file.

Sheeze... banks... talk about sleeping on the job.

Once the correct lockbox ID is in the box, Click Next, Next, Next, Next, Finish.
If you don't go to finish and click it, it won't save.

You can re-run your lockbox now.

All the communities should then wake up from the evil witch’s spell and live happily ever after.
