New Classic Report Mode Option
Due to popular demand, the function to print reports in TOPS v3.2.1™
has been updated to include a new option "Use Classic Report
Mode". In addition to the standard report format currently
in TOPS v3.2.1™, users who prefer will now have the option
to use the Version 3.1 report format. If you would like to implement
this option, you must first update your server and all workstations
using the TOPS Internet Updater.
Instructions for running the updater are available at: http://www.topssoft.com/Articles/Updates/updateinst.htm.
After running the Web Updater your Reports Print dialog box will
display a new checkbox called "Use Classic Report Mode".

- If "Use Classic Report Mode" is checked, the system
will produce reports in the Classic version 3.1 format. The options
to "Print to Email" or to the "Community Web Site"
will be grayed out.
- If "Use Classic Report Mode" is unchecked, your reports
will continue to print in the standard report format of TOPS v3.2.1™,
and you will be able to print to Email and to your Community Web
Site(s).
"Use Classic Report Mode" will be checked by default
when TOPS v3.2.1™ is first run. The TOPS system will save
the last selected setting to your server as the default for the
next time you run TOPS.
Our programmers continue to work on improving TOPS v3.2.1™
reports and other features. A list of updates is posted on our web
site at http://www.topssoft.com/Articles/Updates/t2000updates.htm
as they are released. Be sure to check there to see what other features
have been added recently.
If you have any questions or comments on this update, please contact
