Where To Find Answers To Basic Questions
Did you know that the answers to many of your basic
TOPS 2000™ questions are at your finger tips? With the release
of TOPS v3.2.1™ upon us, this is a perfect time to explore
all the great support resources available to help you.
The TOPS Software corporate web site www.topssoft.com
contains a comprehensive list of manuals, fact sheets and a knowledgebase
loaded with information about the TOPS 2000™ products, Add-Ons,
and Plug Ins.
Click the Downloads link to reveal over a dozen manuals covering
TOPS 2000™, TOPS On Site™, Companion Products, and Internet
Services. For your convenience the TOPS 2000™ modules have
been broken out into individual manuals. All the manuals are in
PDF format making them universally accessible using Acrobat Reader.
Your TOPS 2000™ system includes a Help menu option. There
you will find the TOPS 2000™ User Help Center. The help center
contains online instruction for the setup of TOPS Communities, an
overview of each Module, and step by step How To's for TOPS Modules,
Add Ons, Plug Ins and features.
In addition to all of these free resources, we recently launched
the TOPS Online Support Center. The Online Support Center is fully
integrated with TOPS' internal ticket tracking software, allowing
you to track all support tickets generated by your company. This
includes e-mail support requests for TOPS 2000™. A ticket
is created and placed in the queue for the next available Support
Technician. Your e-mailed support question is treated just like
a call, it is chargeable support time at a rate based on your company's
Maintenance Support Agreement.
