West Coast User Conference
Please join TOPS Software, U.S. Bank,
AtHomeNet and Association Ready for the West Coast 2008 user
conference on the Queen Mary in Long Beach,
CA on June 25, 2008! Conveniently
located on the waterfront, this will be the only West Coast based
user conference for 2008. The conference will begin at 9:00 AM PDT
and conclude before 5:00 PM PDT. Morning refreshments, lunch and
afternoon refreshments will be included in the registration fee
of $15 per person, (there is an additional self parking charge of

Synergies have been engineered between TOPS and the participating
service providers. Whether you’re currently served by these
companies in addition to TOPS or not, there are many new features
to share. This session will begin with value added banking services
as they relate to community association management and TOPS Software.
We will cover current technologies and what the near future holds
for our clients and prospects. The next session will delve in to
TOPS interactive web sites, from functionality to how to more efficiently
use the Internet to market your association and management companies.
The next generation of website technology will be showcased. Various
web based services that tie directly in to your TOPS Software databases
will then be featured, including online document and resale disclosure
and collection services (which is extremely pertinent considering
the recent economic changes, which have led to increased foreclosures!).
Attendees will have Senior TOPS software representatives review
the current version of TOPS Software, TOPS v3.2.1™ in detail
from owner database management to enhanced capabilities (we have
a secret project), and streamlined financial reporting to expanded
Governance tracking, just to name a few. We will also be showing
the next version of TOPS Software, project Viper. This is truly
an exciting project as it will change the way you manage associations!
The day will conclude with one-on-one training, so bring your questions
with you! We create better software when our customers provide feedback
on their experiences.
This is a must attend event for any person that uses or is considering
any of the companies mentioned in harmony with TOPS Software. The
conference is intended for management company owners, managers and
other staff members. If you are a self-managed association, both
property manager and support staff are welcome.
Just to make the event not all business, TOPS will hold a drawing
for an IPod and a module of the winner’s choice. Both the
winner and their company can bring something back home to supplement
all the advanced knowledge of the products and services covered.
