If your communities are tired of gate crashers, uninvited visitors, and parking space violators, then your security personnel need the TOPS Gate Security Module. The Gate Security module is designed for use by gated communities with manned guard houses or by communities that need to track visitors, parking, and/or owner vehicle information. Gate Security is available for TOPS v3.2.1™ and TOPS On-Site™. TOPS Gate Security offers a number of benefits to the safety-conscious community:

• Information from the Gate Security module can be uploaded via the TOPS Mobile PDA to be used by security personnel, to keep better track of parking enforcement within your community.
• TOPS Gate Security allows you to search by owner, visitor, parking space, parking sticker, vehicle type, vehicle tag number, and more!
• With TOPS Mobile PDA and the Gate Security module, security officers can look up vehicles in the field to determine if they're registered to visitors or owners, or if they're unauthorized vehicles that should be ticketed and/or towed!
• Security staff with network access to your TOPS program can enter visitors into Gate Security as needed, and print parking passes or decals for those visitors.

For guard houses without network access to the main TOPS system, the Gate Security module also includes a stand alone program, TOPS Guard Gate. TOPS Guard Gate allows security staff to look up and add visitors, just like the Gate Security module, without giving the guards access to the rest of the TOPS program. TOPS Guard Gate even has a customizable welcome screen, so you can control the text and logo that displays when a guard logs in to the program.

We have added many new features in the last month based on requests from our customers. These new features are available via our Internet Updater to all customers with the Gate Security module, who are on a support plan.
