Westward-Ho!

In January 2006, TOPS Software opened a new satellite office in Phoenix, AZ. We will be hiring a full time employee to staff this office, and I will be splitting my time between our Sales office in Clearwater, FL and the new office in Phoenix, AZ. Our sales have dramatically increased in the western region of the US; so to better serve our clients the most practical next step for TOPS Software was to open an office in the area.

To celebrate the opening of our Phoenix office and to demonstrate our commitment to the western region, TOPS Software will be conducting a User Group Conference in Phoenix on Tuesday, June 13, 2006. The Conference will be hosted by US Bank, and will be held in their facility. Other participants in this conference will include AtHomeNet, provider of community association websites, Association Ready, who offers an online document, resale, and collection service, and Dave Black, our local dealer and trainer par excellence.

The User Group Conference will include demonstrations of new functionalities, discussions on the future direction of TOPS Software, and an open forum for attendees to exchange best practices and ideas for future enhancements to TOPS programs and features. There will be a discussion on utilizing the various software modules to their fullest; the topics will include software/web site integration, online banking functions, online resale documents, online legal collections, and other topics of interest. A review of some of the ever changing technology "gadgets" is planned for the end of the day. Look for additional details coming your way in January.

We hope to have at least 2 more User Groups in 2006, locations being considered are: Chicago, Florida, and New England.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for another outstanding year. These are exciting time for the Association Management Industry, with unprecedented levels of growth, and we are all being challenged to work smarter.
