If you have been thinking of purchasing TOPS v3.2.1™ for 2006, be sure to contact our sales department before December 30th* to receive the Global Module free with your purchase of the basic system. Effective January 1st, the global functions menu will become a saleable module that is made available to new customers at the cost of $495.00. Existing customers will retain full access to the Global Module.

Recognizing the need for more global functions that cater to management companies with large portfolios, TOPS Software has greatly expanded the global, multi-community functionalities included in TOPS v3.2.1™. Among these improvements are a completely redesigned and streamlined Job Streaming Module, a new Report Defaults interface, two new global "Batch" processing features in CC&R, and a new, beefed up, Global Module, containing two brand new features: Global Reports and Global AP.

In addition to the new features added to the Global Module, old favorites such as Global Search, Lockbox, Direct Debit (ACH) processing, MICR Check Scanning, and Online Payments are a part of this exciting module. If your management company forsees a need to use any of the above listed features, you must have the Global Module.

Contact our Sales department at 1-800-760-9966 or via email at sales@topssoft.com to request your TOPS v3.2.1™ Basic System with Global Module before December 30th. You will pay only the price of the basic system as long as you buy within the 30-day period listed on the order form. All purchases made after the 1st of the year will be subject to the new pricing of $495. for the Global Module.

*Prices quoted on order forms will be honored for 30 days from date of quote.
