Improving your TOPS 2000™ ROI

Recently, you may have heard the catch phrase 'Return on Investment' in relation to software purchases. A number of popular magazines and other media have focused on this method of gauging the effectiveness of a large software purchase.

We wanted to point out some of the ways that you can not only track your ROI with TOPS, but even go so far as to increase your revenues and lower your expenses as a direct result of using TOPS 2000™.

Lockbox

Using bank lockbox processing is an excellent way to reduce A/R entry costs. This functionality is built into TOPS 2000™, and is often available for a very small fee from your bank.

Direct Debit

TOPS 2000™ finds and categorizes delinquent owners, and can automatically charge them predefined fees for each step in the collection process. These fees can go to the management company as another source of revenue.

Resale Package Fees

Using TOPS 2000™'s form letter capability, you can set up a template for the required resale forms, making it quick and easy to print a custom resale certificate. You can set a fee for preparing each resale package.

Work Order Chargebacks

The TOPS 2000™ work order module makes it easy to charge labor and supplies back to the requesting owner. It can add 'burden fees' on top of actual costs to earn additional revenue from work orders.

Save postage and manpower by making board member financials available via a password protected TOPS Community web site.

Shoppers Classifieds
