To Train or Not to Train. That is the Question...
To train or not to train? Everyone asks themselves whether or not
they need training when they purchase new software. You might have
a brand new program, or simply a new version, but you may still
wonder how much help you will need.
TOPS Software wants you to be comfortable with our software. In
order to make the new software transition easier, we provide a number
of training options:
For those of you who are adventurous types, we offer the Start
Up Guide and User Manual that are shipped with the software. If
you decide to do it alone but want a little more help, there is
the User Help Center on each workstation with detailed instructions,
as well as help on our website. But for those who want to make life
easier, we offer a 2 ½ hour Phone Orientation session.
This session covers all modules of the software you purchased in
a logical step-by-step method. We discuss your particular needs
(management company vs. single association) and offer guidance to
solving some of your daily challenges. One of the main goals of
the session is to help you find ways to be more efficient. Efficiency
means money in productivity savings.
We all know in Property Management there is never enough time to
get it all done! I help you find the time. If you are starting from
scratch or have special needs, we can tailor the orientation to
address those as well.
At a cost of only $175 to train everyone in your office, this is
the most cost efficient way to get everyone up and running quickly.
It is a relaxed phone session that can even be broken up into two
smaller sessions to accommodate your workflow or scheduling issues.
A sense of humor is preferred and everyone in your office is welcome
and encouraged to participate.
If you would like to receive more information, please feel free
to call the Sales Department at 800-760-9966. We’d be happy
to answer your questions and let you know how I can help you move
along the path to being an experienced TOPS User.
This Orientation Session is time well spent.
