Townhomes of Lake Seminole gets a Web Site

The Townhomes of Lake Seminole is a high quality community complex located on the shores of beautiful Lake Seminole in Seminole, Florida. Recently, their management company, Buxton Properties, Inc., elected to purchase a TOPS Community Web Site for the community.

This proved to be a bit of a challenge, as The Townhomes of Lake Seminole actually consists of seven different associations. The master association covers common community property and main community events, but owners are managed by the individual associations, numbered one through six.

Andrea Drennen, webmaster for TOPS Software met with Brian Buxton, owner of Buxton Properties, Inc. to determine the best way to provide an online community for this group without losing the continuity of a single community web site. The result that came of this collaboration is a single front end for the master association that leads to the private sections for each individual association.

All of the sections use a similar color scheme and logo graphics to preserve the continuity of the site, but owners may log in to their individual association to learn their current balance, open architectural requests, violations, work orders, and more.

TOPS then employed talented graphic artists to pull the site together using custom graphics and text centered around the community.

The final result proves to be a community web site worth showing off. TOPS Software, Buxton Properties, the Board of Directors, and the owners themselves are all proud of this site.
