As we began the New Year, I decided to take some time to look back and reflect on the new features released in 2007. I saw many of the features we've delivered came as a direct result of customer suggestions. Below is a brief recap of some of the major enhancements released by TOPS Software in 2007:

2007 Module Enhancements

• The long anticipated Calendar/Scheduler
• Enhanced Lockbox application provides control of how cash gets applied
• Enhanced Report Defaults
• Unlimited Flex Data
• Enhanced Menu Options
• New Budget Entry Tool
• Redesigned Global AP Module
• Redesigned Mobile Manager Software
• Development of the next Generation of TOPS Products (code name Viper) is underway

I am proud of all the new features and enhancements we released last year. However, the time for reflection is now over and our focus, as always, is on the future of TOPS Software and our customers' needs. Below is a partial list of new features and enhancements that we are planning for release in 2008, along with the projected release schedule for the next version of TOPS products, code named Viper:

• 1st QTR Enhanced Reporting for CCR & Work Order
• 1st QTR Enhanced global CCR functionality for TOPS v3.2.1™ and TOPS On-Site™
• 2nd QTR Enhanced Collections Module Capability
• 2nd QTR Enhanced Multi-Bank module
• 3rd QTR Expanded TOPS Web Site interaction
• 4th QTR Enhanced Maintenance Company Functionality

Viper Development

• TOPS On-Site™ Replacement Available 2nd – 3rd QTR 2008
• TOPS v3.2.1™ Replacement Available 1st – 2nd QTR 2009
