Exciting Enhancements for TOPS v3.2.1™ and TOPS On-Site™

TOPS v3.2.1™ CCR/ACC Enforcement module Enhancements

We are pleased to announce the release of several enhancements to the TOPS v3.2.1™ CCR/ACC Enforcement module. These enhancements are a direct result of recent customer requests and feedback:

• Batch Entry process has been enhanced to accept a creation/inspection date instead of defaulting to the current system date, which is used in calculating the action dates on the CCR Record.
• Batch Letters has been enhanced to correctly identify letters to print for communities selected.
• The CCR Records screen has been enhanced to automatically re-compute all open action steps on a record, if a date changes.
• New improved Violation Action Letter printing module for a single community.
• Improved the CCR Ride List report to accurately report based on Next Action Date

These enhancements are only for customers with an active Maintenance Support Plan. These enhancements will be released on the TOPS Internet Updater later this month.

TOPS On-Site™ Enhancements

We have migrated the new form letter tool, which was earlier released for TOPS v3.2.1™ to our TOPS On-Site™ product. This new and improved capability will allow customers to import documents from MS Word directly into the TOPS form letter program and then add merge codes as needed. The new form letter program will also allow users to import images, like letterhead graphics, and add tables to their form letters, and includes a spell checker and many other features and tools to help you get that professional look and feel for all of your letters.

We have also enhanced the Owner Module to provide the ability to attach documents to homeowner accounts. Copies of form letters produced within the TOPS On-Site™ program now automatically attach to the Owner Record as a PDF file. This new feature could set the stage for your office to go paperless.

TOPS On-Site™ CCR Module Goes Global

We are pleased to announce the release of several enhancements to the CCR/ACC Enforcement module for TOPS On-Site™. These enhancements are a direct result of recent customer requests and feedback:

• New Global Batch Entry process allows you to create templates for applying violations to several properties across several communities with a few simple key strokes.
• New Global Batch Close process allows you close violations easily for several properties across several communities with a few simple key strokes.
• New Batch Letters allows you to print your violation letters for several communities at one time.
• CCR Records screen has been enhanced to automatically re-compute all open action steps on a record if a date changes.
• Improved the CCR Ride List report to accurately report based on Next Action Date.

These enhancements are only for TOPS On-Site™ customers with an active Maintenance Support Plan. These enhancements will be released on the TOPS Internet Updater later this month.
