TOPS v3.2.1™ Menu Changes

This month’s updates include a change in some of the menus within the TOPS v3.2.1™ program. The menus have been reordered and two new menu options have been added: Automate and Customize. The Users/Passwords have been updated for these changes; however we recommend TOPS Administrators verify their settings to ensure users are not locked out of modules they should have access to. Below is a list of all menu changes:

* Defunct Feature - This function was used for systems with Client Installs. Because the Client Install option is no longer recommended and has been removed from the TOPS v3.2.1™ installation CDs, this feature is no longer required.

** Defunct Feature – The functions performed by this feature, upload reports to TOPS Community Web Site and delete reports from TOPS Community Web Site, have been moved. All reports can now be uploaded to the TOPS Community Web Site from within the report menu using the Print to Community Web Site feature. Reports can be deleted from the Community Web Site directly from the web site.
