New CC&R Format Included in Version 3.03

In our last newsletter, we told you about our newest update to TOPS 2000™, version 3.03. At the time we did not report to you a product that was in the works--a completely redesigned CC&R module. Due to our BETA testers suggestions, we have included this re-worked module into version 3.03 of TOPS 2000™. Here are some of the new features:

CONTROL INFORMATION

The most noticeable addition is the new Control Info tab. This screen enables you to activate reminder alarms that will warn you of date-sensitive actions that need to be taken. These reminders, once activated, will display each time you open the CC&R module.

INDIVIDUALIZED ACTIONS

Another of the new features is the ability to define action levels on a record by record basis. You can select a CCR code to preset the action levels, and then customize up to ten action levels for each record.

NEW FIELDS

Two new fields have been added, Inspection Date and Respond By Date. These allow you to better track actions that are time sensitive.

HHO DEFAULT SETTINGS

Another new feature allows you to define default descriptions and resolve by info when creating records based on a specific code. This applies to creating new records in the Hand Held Organizer.

NEW REPORTS

New summary and detailed reports of selected candidates allow you to better define batch letter printing. The new Pending and Inspection report prints a mirror of the reminders.
