Handheld Organizer Interface - How can it benefit You?

As many of you may know, TOPS Software released our newest product last quarter, the TOPS Handheld Organizer Interface for the Palm® handheld organizer.

This interface is so complete, some customers have called it Mini TOPS. We wanted to talk a little about some of the benefits of using the Handheld Organizer Interface.

SAVE TIME IN FIELD INSPECTIONS

You can shorten the time you and your managers spend in field inspections by having access to information that can be updated in the field, and then synchronized back to the office computer containing TOPS 2000™. Each time data is synced from the Palm® to the PC, a change log is automatically printed. The log shows a listing of new information that has been added to remind managers of actions needed to complete the results of the field inspection.

ACCESS FOR ON-CALL MANAGERS

Managers who need access to key owner information and vendor contact information while on-call, after hours, or on weekends and holidays, can use the TOPS Handheld Organizer Interface to instantly access that data without the need of bulky reports or portable computers.
