CCR Enforcement—Picture the violations you find!

One of the most popular modules in TOPS 2000™ is CCR Enforcement. It is used for handling violations of rules and regulations within a community (including nuisance violations like pets and parking) and to track approved, unapproved and pending architectural requests submitted by Owners. 

In each CCR record you can enter a complete description of the item, date stamping it and categorizing it by type. Letters can be sent using the Form Letter templates for acknowledging requests, approvals, disapprovals or violations. Each letter is customized with the owner name, address and the descriptions from the CCR record. 

Do you want a permanent record of an approved change or a violation? Take a digital picture of the item and embed it right into the CCR record within TOPS! In fact, the digital picture can even be printed in CCR reports! 

Print reports showing the status or actions taken on the different CCR record types: 

• Violations 
• Approved Changes 
• Disapproved Changes 
• Pending Requests 

Take automated action to categorize Violations into the steps you wish to follow for each type of Violation. View the results of the categorizing on the screen and make changes to the pending actions as you wish. Finalize the action by sending custom letters to each Owner with a Violation. Levy fines where necessary to enforce action. Finally, print an attorney report when all other actions fail to get compliance.
