TOPS 2000™ Interface to ReadyCollect™

ReadyCollect™, a product from Association Ready, is an online collection tool that can be used by attorneys, collection firms, or in-house specifically for handling the collection of maintenance fees and assessments owed by delinquent homeowners to their community.

TOPS Software has worked with Association Ready to create a simple data interface so collection cases can easily be uploaded from TOPS 2000™ to ReadyCollect with just a few clicks of the mouse. Letters, notices and legal forms can be tied to each step of the collection process—much like the collection action in TOPS 2000™.

The TOPS 2000™ data interface to ReadyCollect gives the utmost convenience to our customers. Not only does TOPS 2000™ give you an easy way to upload a delinquent owner to your collections reperesentative who uses ReadyCollect, but it also continually uploads new charges so the attorney or collections represenative always has the most current balance for each collection case.

With the data received from the TOPS 2000™ interface, your association’s attorney can immediately see the case and begin working on it. The attorney assigns a collection action process to each case and ReadyCollect takes over from there.

ReadyCollect automatically prints customized collection letters and notices for each delinquent owner and charges legal fees, if any, to the owner. Even legal pleadings and pre-petition filings can be automatically printed based on information coming from TOPS 2000™.

Another key feature is that the legal fees charged by the law firm can automatically be downloaded back into TOPS 2000™, thus saving the time it takes to manually add the fees through an adjustment in TOPS 2000™. Think of the benefits:
