Focus on Efficiency

Each year at TOPS Software we meet to decide on the direction our programming efforts should take for the coming year. As part of our goal to provide the best possible solutions for our customers we explore strategic partnering with third-party software companies. Last year our focus was on developing interfaces between third-party software products and TOPS 2000™ so that our customers could take advantage of the labor saving services these products offer. As a result, TOPS Software now has data interfaces with a number of new companies.

We've taken some of the most tedious and time consuming tasks, and through these interfaces, automated and streamlined the processes to save you time and effort. In addition to the products listed in our Plug-Ins module, we also provide interfaces throughout TOPS 2000™ to various products and services.

Our interfaces with these companies and their products let you automate office functions to save you time, effort and expense. The less time you or your staff have to spend on repetitive routine functions, the more time you free up to devote to new business - and that has an immediate and positive impact on your bottom line.

While a few companies have not yet released their side of the TOPS interface, these releases are imminent. Look for the announcements coming soon so you can start reaping the benefits of a TOPS interface with these great products. These products and services are typically provided on per use or subscription fee schedule. These costs can easily be offset by charging a modest fee from the requesting parties and can even be a source of income. Contact the various vendors for more information on their individual products and services.

At TOPS Software, we understand how demanding the property management industry is. We also know that when compared with other types of property management, the returns for community management companies are much lower. Most management companies feel the pinch. So the question is - how do you relieve the pinch without sacrificing the high level of service your customers demand?
