Doing It Right In Atlanta!

Allow me to borrow some words from the 70's group The Four Seasons to summarize our training camp - "Oh, What a Night!" There were over 100 people in attendance from five states, gathered together to share experiences and learn new techniques for using the TOPS Web Site Service in their management company and for their communities. The sessions were divided by skill level and by focus. Everything from how to effectively market your management company using the web to No Fear Basic Training for the new community based administrator. The event was a huge success with attendee comments of "the one-on-one time with your staff was fantastic, so knowledgeable, so professional!", "the information gathered was far more valuable than the mere $25 charged to attend", "Well worth the drive from South Florida – I'll be here next year".

If we have but one regret, it is that only a small sliver of our clients were able to attend as so many are board member volunteers whose community does not have the budget to send them to fabulous Atlanta. So, we've heard you and we're doing something about it. Each of the AtHomeNet instructors has agreed to give their session in our recording studio for videotaping purposes. We'll then be posting them on the web for you to view at your leisure. Read the onTOPS eZine for links to the videos soon!
