Who's the W-I-M at your company?

If you are an association management company that has taken advantage of the TOPS Website Integration for your communities, we're talking to you! We want to know who at your company has been designated as the W-I-M, the Website Integration Manager.

The Website Integration Manager is the person within your company who is responsible for configuring the TOPS Website Uploads for your communities. Some management companies deem the community's property manager as the person responsible while others might have one or two staff members designated as the primary person to handle the uploads.

Essentially, this person will perform the initial data upload from TOPS to the community's web site and add the community to the TOPS Website Scheduler so that the uploads happen automatically at a specific time. This person could also quickly configure the additional functionality supported by TOPS Websites that includes configuring/uploading the Online A/P Approval system and uploads of Board Reports.

Our Support staff is here to assist this designated team member, but we want to ensure that we are working with the right person at your company. Email websupport@topssoft.com with the name, email address, and phone number of your WIM, so that we can update our records!

We will soon be offering TOPS Web Site Training for the new WIMs who have recently signed up community web sites or plan to sign more of them up soon. Trainings will be weekly on Tuesdays at 2:00 PM (EST) for one hour via WebEx.

The one hour orientation will review the 3 initial steps necessary to perform a successful community upload:

1. Performing the initial upload from TOPS to the community website
2. Adding this community to the TOPS Scheduler
3. Generating the community web site letters to notify your residents
