TOPS Community Web Sites give you back time in your day while

- A great timesaver is the Online AP Invoice Approval
process. Invoices are uploaded from the TOPS v3.2.1™
program to the TOPS Community Web Site for board members to review
and approve. Once an invoice has received approval for payment
(Approval from multiple directors may be needed depending on the
amount of the invoice. These are settings you customize, based
on the community's specifications.), the approved invoices flow
back down into the TOPS v3.2.1™ program and allow you, if
you're using the TOPS Digital Signature for MICR Check Printing
module, to print checks with a signature and get them
out the door. Board members can approve invoices at their
leisure, and you no longer have to make a special trip out to
get signatures for vendor checks. Managers smile with glee when
they hear about this functionality!
- TOPS Community Web Sites synchronize with the data entered into
the TOPS v3.2.1™ program. Data uploads can be done
live, or on a set schedule, defined by you. The time
savings benefit the community manager, the board of directors,
and the owners within the community as well.
- Owner Payment Histories can be uploaded to
the TOPS Community Website, and then made available for each individual
owner to access his or her information. This allows the owners
to access their account history when it is convenient for them,
and saves you time, by reducing the number of calls requesting
information or explanations of outstanding balances.
- The convenience, however, goes one step further! With the Online
Payments feature of the TOPS Community Web Site, owners
can pay their outstanding fees via credit card directly from the
web site, after viewing their account history. This saves you
time by not having to process the payment in your office. You
automatically receive a transaction file, which is designed to
be downloaded directly into the TOPS v3.2.1™ program.
- A special section of TOPS Community Web Sites is set up for
board members only. Here, authorized board members
can receive and view the community's monthly financial statements,
in advance of the monthly board meeting. This saves time and money,
because you'll no longer have to print and deliver copies of the
financial reports, and will please your board of directors, because
they'll be able to review the financial documents, prior to their
monthly meeting.
- Also in the Board Only section, Task Manager
