TOPS Software's Internet Services group is in the final stages of implementing a new mail server solution for our Management company web site customers using TOPS hosted email.

Some of the biggest benefits of the new mail server will provide significantly more powerful SPAM and anti-virus capabilities to aid in eliminating more of those unwanted e-mail solicitations. We have done comprehensive research into a range of mail servers, and the mail server that we have chosen to provide email service to our customers is the very same one that TOPS Software uses for our own internal email services, so we are very confident in it's capabilities.

This is a large undertaking and will take some time to convert all of our mail clients to this new solution, so if you are having particular problems with SPAM email and would like to be included in the earlier round of this conversion, please submit your request to websupport@topssoft.com .
