Access Community Data Using "TOPS Mobile Manager" Handheld Application
TOPS Software, LLC released a new software application today that will allow property managers using PDAs or Windows Mobile enabled phones with touch screens to access important community data in the field. TOPS Mobile Manager loads community data from TOPS v3.2.1™ or TOPS On-Site™ onto a PDA or phone for access in the field and then synchronizes information updated from the field back to the primary TOPS Software program. TOPS Mobile Manager is an upgrade to TOPS Software’s Mobile PDA Interface, and incorporates all of the features previously offered by that product, and several exciting new features as well.
One significant new feature is the ability to attach pictures to CC&R and Work Order records in the field. Now users can take pictures of violations or work order sites, attach them to the record on the mobile device and then sync that information back to their TOPS system. The pictures stay with the record through the sync and are immediately available to all users for access through their TOPS program...

We have migrated the new form letter tool, which was earlier released
for TOPS v3.2.1™ to our TOPS On-Site™ product. This new and improved capability
will allow customers to import documents from MS Word directly into the
TOPS form letter program and then add merge codes as needed. The new form
letter program will also allow users to import images, like letterhead
graphics, and add tables to their form letters, and includes a spell checker

Viewing 12-Month Accounting History
One popular feature with the TOPS Community Web Site Service is the 12-month accounting history for residents. This feature displays each owner's AR owner balance history for the past 12 months from the time of upload. You may also optionally upload owner history notes as well. The 12-month accounting history is a wonderful feature that is very useful both for the property manager and for the owners, allowing them to lookup someone's account status online.
