Lockbox Enhancements
I have personally used the lockbox function for upwards of 18 years; one of the reasons I bought TOPS was the fact it was one of the only software providers at the time to offer this cost/labor saving tool.

The following updates are scheduled to be released on Wednesday, November 21, 2007:
TOPS v3.2.1™>
- The Global AP Function has been redesigned to make it more user friendly. This new redesign also includes many new features that were requested by users of the previous version of Global AP. Please see this month's Global AP Release article for more details.
- A new Budget Entry Tool has been added to the General Ledger module under GL > Chart of Acct. > Budget Entry. This new feature incorporates a handy spreadsheet interface that makes it easy to enter budgets and line item notes. Please see this month's Budget Entry article for more details.
- Plug-Ins, Updated the files included during the upload process.
- Reports, AR > Reports > Prepaid report. Added designation for previous owners.
TOPS Interactive Web Sites>
- Enhanced the uniformity of text color stratification of "Pending" reservations on the main reservations screen.
- The Email sending feature will now automatically block email attachments greater than 2 MBs in eMail Bulletins, Announcements, and eForm features to ensure a greater email sent success rates and improve overall system performance.
- The Email Bulletin feature now allows sending of login/password info along with email bulletin sent from new Events Calendar entry screen if you choose.
- Created a "Back to Top" link at the bottom of the Message Board Topic screen to allow for better screen navigation from top to bottom.
- Enabled a user swap link in Message Boards for users who share a login to post their messages under the correct name.
- The system now automatically sends a "Request Denied" email to Login Requester if the request is denied by approver.
- Implemented a security level check of Email Bulletin Category before revealing it in the "What's New" screen.
