CAI - Gold Coast CA Day, August 17, 2007, West Palm Beach, FL. If the hurricanes do not make an appearance, I certainly will! I will be exhibiting at this event along with presenting a 2 hour session for FL CAM continuing education, "Tools of the Trade - What Today’s Manager Needs". I will go over all the technology tools necessary to perform our functions with best practices in mind. I will go over the hardware, software, communication, security and other technology related topics that are needed to perform our jobs keeping in mind cost effective options, with an eye toward service improvement!

Nicole comes from the portfolio side of the industry having been the IT/office manager for a substantial FL management company. This course will cover the steps needed to reconcile the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Sub-Ledgers to the General Ledger. - AR, Reports, Aged Owner Balances will now include the Status option column when Printed to File.
- AR, Resolved issue with range of accounts in order by owner last name when printing coupons.
- GL, Close Year Utility, Using the Reclose Previous Year function will close the window upon completion.
- Report Defaults, NEW! There are a few exciting updates to Report Defaults: Printing using the standard report format; a new "Report Order" feature; and a merged PDF document. Please see this month's support article for more details.

- Enhanced Autorun list. Now displays last run date and time the task was executed.
- Reminder will look for the most recent un-executed autorun task(s), display them and run after 60 seconds.
- Enhanced the TOPS Scheduler to run with TOPS current user login. Otherwise, user will be challenged to log in to run his/her Scheduler if applicable.
- Added Community ID column to Print > Task Log report.
- Added the user name to Scheduler and Reminder form title bars.
- Updated the Event, Association tab functionality.
- Execution of TOPS Functions will open TOPS v3.2.1™ if it is closed.
- Preventative Maintenance, Convert to Work Order now inserts property address.

TOPS Interactive Web Sites>
- In Announcements, fixed a problem that ocurred when email bulletins were sent by users with no email address in their profile.
- Fixed the edit and delete links in the Calendar so that they show up for the proper security levels.
- In Email Bulletins, added a link at the end of “send to all” to allow an export of address labels for those users without an email address in their profile.
- A "spacer" can now be added between links in the Horizontal menus, allowing separation of different link sections.
- Added a new option in the Address Book Report export for "only those with no email address."
- Removed an invalid "help" link at the top of the page in Reservations.
