It simply means a data interface with a third party software application. TOPS 2000™ has interfaces with a number of other software companies so you can utilize the services of these companies to gain the efficiencies they offer you. The interfaces consist of uploading and/or downloading data in a format compatible with the software applications developed by these companies and your TOPS 2000™ system. Our interfaces with these companies and their products let you automate office functions to save you time, effort and expense. The less time you have to spend on repetitive and routine functions, the more staff time you free up to devote to new business, and that has an immediate and positive impact on your bottom line. Three New Themes for TOPS 2000™ This month let us take you "On The Road", to "Small Town USA", for a down home "4th of July Barbecue". To download the new themes, click View, Theme Manager to access the program. When the Theme Manager appears, click the Download button next to the themes you wish to install. If you wish to uninstall a theme, click the remove button. Once you have finished installing themes, click the Done button to close the Theme Manager. To Switch Themes, click View, Themes, and select the theme you wish to apply. TOPS v3.2.1™ Release is Imminent If you hadn't heard already, we will be doing a soft release of TOPS v3.2.1™ on July 1st, and a general release in September. Q: I printed all my homeowner histories, but the printer jammed. Can I print the histories again, starting from page 45? A: The solution is to use the PRINT FILED REPORT option when you print a large report or if you need to print only specific pages of a report. To use this function, select the FILE option when you print the report. The system will prompt you with the reports' file name. You can print the FILED REPORT by:
When you print a report from the PRINT FILED REPORTS menu, you have the option to print ALL pages, or specific pages. Additionally, all FILED REPORTS are stored in your communityfile\SPOOL folder and are backed up with other TOPS 2000™ data.
