We are proud to announce Nicole Beal as the new Director of Sales Administration here at TOPS Software. Nicole has been an asset to the sales department and the company for the past 5 years in her previous capacity as Sales Administrator. Nicole graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science and initially came to us from within the industry, having previously held the position of IT and office manager of a large property management company.

In this new capacity, Nicole will oversee the daily operations of the sales department, supervising and training the sales team members. In addition to these responsibilities, Nicole will continue her role as the Managing Editor of the onTOPS Ezine, and manage the creation and distribution of various company publications. She also is the resident guru of our sales database technology provider which has greatly improved communications with our ever-growing client base. We expect great things from Nicole in this new position and have every confidence she will excel in this new capacity!
