Growth Necessitates change
TOPS Software is implementing changes across the board to better
serve you, our customer. In customer support we are gathering new
quality metrics which will help us provide a better level of support
to our customers. We are also in the process of evaluating and updating
our online Knowledge Base.
We have implemented a new Software Quality Assurance group. This
group will be responsible for final testing, documentation, and
coordinating training for Technical Support and product release.
We are reviewing our processes and modifying them as needed to enable
TOPS to meet or beat customer expectations in all areas.
Building team synergy across all functional areas is an essential
part of the process to providing the quality products and services
our customers expect and deserve. In the coming months we will be
releasing new features to enhance the current product offerings
while at the same time focus key personnel on moving the next generation
of TOPS Products forward.
