Spring Reorganizing
At TOPS Software, spring is not a time for cleaning, but for promotions and reorganization. Recently several changes were made in our corporate organizational structure and several employees received promotions into new positions.
Tony Mechas has been promoted to head up our Quality Assurance department. Tony has been with TOPS Software for four years and has been the Assistant Support Manager for the last year and a half. Tony and his department will be responsible for managing, evaluating, and testing our software programs.
Ryan Allen has been promoted to Vice President of Product Development. Ryan Allen has been with TOPS Software for nine years, most recently as Vice President of Technical Services. In this new role, Ryan will be focusing solely on the development of the next generation of TOPS Software. He is excited to bring his years of customer service and his experience in application architecture to help guide future development as TOPS Software implements the latest cutting edge technology.
Bruce Gran, CMCA, AMS, PCAM has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Business Development. Bruce CMCA, AMS, PCAM has been with the company for the past seven years, heading up the Sales department. In this new position, Bruce CMCA, AMS, PCAM will continue to oversee the sales department, and will additionally be responsible for marketing, training, and developing business relationships to enhance the strategic position of the company within the community association industry and with outside business opportunities.
David Black has been promoted to Senior Vice President.
Dave has been with TOPS Software for six years, first as an independent
Dealer/Trainer and most recently as the company's Corporate Trainer.
Dave has an extensive technical background encompassing, programming,
support and managerial experience. In his new position, Dave will
draw on that experience as he enacts his plan to capitalize upon
the existing strengths of TOPS Software to provide an even more
superior product and service levels which will exceed customer expectations.
These new changes will help us to serve you better by developing and executing a focused product strategy, which will enable us to provide a stronger product, improve our support and services, and expand our integrations with other industry products and services.
