Welcome: Amy Ostwinkle, Support Technician

Hello, my name is Amy Ostwinkle and I have filled the position of Support Technician in the Phoenix, Arizona area. I have been with the company since Sept 5th and the entire team has made me feel more than welcome. I have known a lot of the TOPS representatives through my usage of TOPS as a client. Having met everyone in the Clearwater office, I thought it was great to be able to put the names with the faces.

I feel privileged to have this opportunity to work with the TOPS team. As an accountant I have used the software for over seven years and whole heartedly believe in the product. I also have a wonderful support team at home. My husband of 20 years and my two boys keep me extremely busy. My oldest son lives in Flagstaff, AZ where he is a sophomore at Northern Arizona University and my youngest lives at home and is a junior in High School.

We all enjoy the same interest in outdoor sports, hiking, photography, and riding our ATVs. I am currently training to run in my first 10K, in the Iron Girl race on Dec 2nd. I look forward to the challenges and all the opportunities to come with the TOPS team. Thank you all for making me feel so welcome.
